IMO any intelligent reps @ Burst Media should already know that it is not a good idea to screw new advertisers by sending them that garbage traffic. I don't think that advertisers should have to keep on top of their reps to ensure that commonly known garbage traffic isn't sent to them.

That's a pretty broad statement to be making about a massive network of properties. Anybody here care to say otherwise in terms of the quality of Right?

I've made a lot of money on The Exchange, and lost money too. That statement is way too broad. There is plenty of shitty traffic but like most sources if you can optimize the traffic you can bank.
