Common sense > you.

Yeah I'm sure he can't afford it- or perhaps he's trying to fly under the radar and blend in with every other Canadian normal looking dirty car mid-winter.

I know man, I was fooling.
My point is that Im sure he is ballin with his ferrari and mansions but you either ball till you fall or not ball at all. staying under the radar until you get 20 years in prison kinda beats the point of doing it right? Im sure he had plenty of good time before but no way he is getting away with it, IMO.

Will be interesting to see how this case goes.

video two - "..gangbusters until they were Shanghai'd"

Fucking hell - UK news is lame compared to this - its like watching a comedy.

The TOS that says :

"If you call us to get a refund, we won't pick up for hours so you don't have any chance at getting an actual refund."

and

"We say you get a free trial, but we'll actually bill you before you get the product to try."

and

"Our websites make these products look amazing, but in reality they're cheap shit and won't even work. Every claim made on this website is false."

and

"We'll make it almost impossible (or take hours in the least) for you to cancel our auto ship. You'll have to go to your bank/credit card company and fight it."

That TOS? It says that? Wow I guess everyone did deserve it.

Youz a hardass, boi.

lol didn't you slang tons of berries?

remember the founder of enzyte?

For those who don't:

On February 22, 2008, Steven Warshak was found guilty of 93 counts of conspiracy, fraud and money laundering. On August 27, 2008 he was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Arthur Spiegel to 25 years in prison and ordered to pay $93,000 in fines. His company, Berkeley Premium Nutraceuticals, along with other defendants, was ordered to forfeit $500 million. His 75-year-old mother, Harriet Warshak, was sentenced to two years in prison[14][15] but released on bond pending appeal after turning over her house, bank accounts and other assets related to her crimes

Enzyte looked to be way worse than what JTM is doing, way way worse.

Who's Smiling Now? Enzyte Scammer Gets 25 Years In Prison - The Consumerist

right, and didn't they also get nailed under some RICO provision having to do with lying to investigators and then leaked corporate emails/memos came out admitting things like moving funds around after they were told they were under investigation or something equally stupid?

doing things like that is a great way to take things from big time civil/financial into big time criminal real quick.

Here is one of the main reasons he probably got such a harsh sentence

Customers ordered the pills, but were unable to cancel or get a refund. A former VP of the company testified that Warshak required customers to provide notarized documents from a doctor proving that they had small genitals in order to get a refund.

lol that's fucked up they say he bilked more that 500mil from customers, I'm in the wrong niche.

lol funny shit is he had to report at his prison within 30 days. Why not just take some cash (obv. not 500m but still a good chunk) and disappear in MX or somewhere else?

Hmmmm. Maybe rebills from now own should require customers to have a notarized note from their doctor that they are fat and obese or a note from their dentist that they have yellow teeth in order to cancel.

the guy at the end said it best.

"then they find out .... they don't want to be in Jesse's club."

also ... if fraud sticks, bye bye money.

I read they had a hefty bond reserved for just such an escape attempt. He wouldn't last long, the media would be all over it.

I think 25 years was way too harsh personally. Murder sentences are often in this range, and reduced/plea bargained! Yeah, the guy was a scammer. They should have increased the fine and reduced the sentence a bit.

I wonder what the hell his 75 year old mother was doing to get involved in that scam... mom controlling the money/accounts perhaps? lol.

"Maaa! Meatloaf! Now!! And 25 milllion!"
