I am fairly new to this, and will be starting a dating campaign on Facebook. Multiple ads, various targeting.

Does anyone have feedback of what types of creative, photos, offers, etc perform better than others? Any info is much appreciated.

when targeting males, pics of girls tend to do well

Read their Ed Guidelines, simple as that. Or wait, were you expecting a fully detailed campaign?
 
This ad gets around 100% ROI for me on all demos:

The best advice i can give you is to go and test for yourself. Save 10-20 cute girls images and spend $100 testing. You asked about what images work best... Use your head; would you click on a girl with a hat and gloves on or a girl that has her baps hanging out? Pause any ads which get below .7% CTR after 7-8k impressions, they aint worth running.
