Hi,
I'm not aware of any hosts that allow $1k/hr on shared hosting. Your only real option is to go the VPS route (or dedicated of course if you've got the duckets). There are some decent VPS host reviews here to try (see the search box for "vps hosting").

Even some VPS providers don't want that kind of email traffic going out of their datacenters. So its something that should be asked to the hosting provider before signing up. I too am not aware of hosting that allows that, normally most people I know have to pay for a separate mailing service from another company, rather than with their hosts.

Are these opt-in subscribers or are your scraping emails?

Arvixe.com has 1000/hour plan from web hosting account....you wont find it at their website but I have the special sign up link if anyone wants it....no I am not compensated for it/I am not an affiliate.

The URL is only going to those people that really need it, want it....so invest the time and PM me for the link...thnx

If the list is opt-in, use any hosted email service.

If not, good luck. Gotta find a host that doesn't mind dirtying its IP space (just hope no one is hosting regular email servers in the same IP blocks or they are screwed).

Some of the cloud providers even block the outbound SMTP port by default (GoGrid for example). You have to request it to be opened, so they can see you are for real etc. Lots of people sign up with stolen credit cards, batch and blast before getting shut off...
