Who can scrub data (phone numbers) via an autodialer with an automated script?

Anyone have any experience with this?

Any recommendations? Need something that can take a data file, scrub against the do not call list, and then dial out and log people who press "1" indicating interest. Then return this scrubbed file to me of interested parties.

That's all I need, i'm not familiar with the phone space, anyone provide this a la carte service?

thanks, knew there was some term besides "auto dialer" which was coming up with all sorts of tangent stuff
