I have come to a conundrum, I am owed money from an Aff Network, no need to mention here, and they refuse to answer me.:angryfire:
What recourse, if any do I have to recoup my commission.
I have searched hi and low to no avail.
HELP

If you want us to help then out the network, how much is owed, and be honest - did you do any shady shit that would warrant the network not paying you?

If you have exhausted all forms of contact with them (email, phone, etc) then you should name them here. Be warned though, if you have done any shady shit and you out the network here, you will probably end up being banned. We don't like it when people only tell us half the story and if you bitch about it here the affiliate network will fill us in on the facts that are usually left out.

private whois
affiliate landing pages on the same IP
brand new aff network
you call them up and they say they are "looking into it"

you should have done your research before you ran traffic...

was the traffic you ran compliant with network & advertiser?

I am sure I saw a shit on thread on BHW about this company as a scam. Be glad it's only 675 bucks.

Call 'em and make sure you're not in the wrong.

BestBuyEyeglasses (BBE) owes me $1500, and much more to other affiliates because they blew off the semi-monthly validations in April.

I contacted my AM at LinkConnector at suggested that all his BBE affiliates write "pay up or f*** off" letters.

FramesDirect is also a LC merchant.. .and they close 2x as often as BBE. I know this because I immediately diversified by selling sunglasses for both merchants from day 1.

ALWAYS GIVE YOURSELF OPTIONS.

If you look at their policy you can file an arbitration claim in San Jose. That will give you subpoena power to seek information from their web host / domain registrar. Serve 'me, get a judgment, then levy on their domain name and whatever other assets they have.

Or - lesson learned and be happy you're only out $675 for signing up with such an obviously shady website.

Hmm, looking around at other forums, quite a few people claim the owner of Spiritbucks owes them money.
