Sure, I've been waiting to watch the traffic. There definitely has been an increase in traffic to my site, very noticeable, but slightly less than the 10,000 over a month expected (it'd be approx 300-333 views per day, have been seeing 150 or so from this source).

They definitely don't click ads, which while the OP claims this is adsense safe, I'm not seeing any clicks for it to be risky, where I was hoping I would see at least some. My CTR is going in the basement due to this.

If you need quick, cheap traffic, this will definitely get you people, but be warned the bounce rate is high, and the CTR to ads is very low.
