Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich for mindset/organization/followthrough, Cashverti$ing for advertising psych/copywriting, and Landing Page Optimization for analytics/technical optimization. Throw in any decent copywriting book, a nice MBA in a box, a good intro to microeconomics, and maybe a book on consumer psychology and you've got a very nice foundation.
I know this is on a tangent, but it just came up and I might as well post it - I think a valuable skill many avid readers neglect is simply copywriting for practice (and if you want to reuse your ads you can). Pick some random offers that you don't even intend to run and just draw up some ads for them. The more into the habit of copywriting you get, the easier it will be, and the easier you can create your own personal file to port to other campaigns. Practice makes perfect and all writers of other fields realize that to be a good writer you need to write a lot, and a lot of affiliate marketing involves writing and language, so you better know your way around and it shouldn't be hard to knock out 5-6 variations for a campaign and test 10 new campaigns a day in a few hours, non-long form stuff.

Ok - so it's not a buisiness book, but the chapters on the workings of the human brain did more for my marketing and copywriting than most books about copywriting or marketing!
My biggest take away was learning the power of stories and applying that to my copy. I love the point that they make in one of the chapters about human development... we humans were pretty arrogant in calling our selves Homo sapiens (Wise man) when a far better name for us would have been Pan narrans (the story telling chimpanzee).
