We have started web hosting service in 2009 and already reached 15.000 clients. Our affiliate program is iDevAffiliate (if that is necessary to mention). Our service operates in United Kingdom, The Netherlands (the best for offshore hosting), Germany, Lithuania and Singapore. All major web hosting features including in-house 24/7 support team. Here is some information about our web hosting service:
Most clients are from: United States, United Kingdom, China, Germany and The Netherlands.

We have two options for affiliates.

1.Pay-Per-Sale: from 50% to 100%
2.Pay-Per-Sale: Flat rate up to 100USD per sale.

Also we have 99% trial for one month, so you refer people to try the service you still get the commissions as normal.
We are looking for affiliates who would be working with us constantly getting new clients to our web hosting service. We also could negotiate about payout period and percentage or flat basis rate.

No we are not the part of any prahost or what ever it is called...We are host1plus.com that is correct.
 
Well if I need to pay that is not a problem, but I haven't found any info about it.
