I'm a creative guy and I come up with ideas all day long. I have a list of 200+ domain names of popular topics that I would like to start developing websites around. I much rather spend my time on the creative side rather than building the websites myself. Ideally I need a coder and designer to team up with me to crank out websites. When it comes to coding, I'm a complete amateur. Any good website needs a mastermind behind the scenes and people to turn ideas into reality. Anyone have any ideas where I could start recruiting talent? Or should I just start posting threads recruiting a coder and a designer? Thank you in advance!

I think you should be creating a thread in the BST section. You can also recruit talent from sites like scriptlance.com and others. There are a lot of freelancing sites over the internet. If you pay good, you will surely be getting lots of people to work for you.
