now for my question...

I'm wondering if there is a way to pre-populate forms while direct linking...and if yes, how do you do that?

Thanks in advance..

Holla!

Offer has to support a prepop. Basically have some code on the offer page that takes incoming variables and populates it into the offer. We have some stuff like this but most advertisers don't support it.

Even if the offer supports pre-pop, you can't do it via direct linking. You'd have to hit them with a squeeze page, grab their email and then pre-pop it into your offer.

Totally doable, but it's not direct linking. The email that you're pre-populating the landing page with has to come from somewhere. They should really call it pre-filling.

Here's the boobs that was attempted. Haven't seen that one before.

I'm not too great with bh stuff...but I've wondered if there is a way through xss or whatnot to search existing cookies and prepop with what you find, if anything.

what if the offer is survey type and you pre-select an option? is that possible? say if i were to iframe it in my own site

i remember trying before, and even hiring a few developers to give it a jab, but none of them could get it to work.

browsers only allow you to view cookies from the domain that's looking for them(ex. you're site is mysite.com the browser will only allow that site/page to grab cookies that were placed by mysite.com, it cannot grab from any other domain)...so you'd have to hijack the browser somehow too, to make that work.
