Facebook is now accepting paypal...but...

I activated a new account with paypal, created a new ad & a few hours later I got a notification email that my ad was disapproved because my account was deactivated before my ad could be reviewed.

Quick update: I was using Chrome on a Mac, and I guess it just passively blocks a lot of pop-ups. Anyone stuck on the "Accessing Paypal" page should try Firefox or another browser and disable pop-ups.

I assumed you can use paypal only on active accounts with some active in present or past ads, deleted as well. However still paying with CC, while having paypal option.
