Let me get this straight though, lets say for example I wanted VPS1

20 Euros a month, thats pretty straight forward, but what if that doesn't include any IPs or I have to get by default /24, is that 20 + 300 Euros just for the first month, or re-occuring. I guess I can see where the hosting scam comes in.

I think his contact detail should've been taken off as well when he got banned. I mean, his sole purpose of coming here was to advertise anyway, and giving him a ban doesn't really hurt his cause as long as his contact information stays there or this thread is not removed.
