I paid full price for him to just write a PR for me and I must say that I'm very pleased with what I received. Almost 400 words which was very well written and thought out. I only made a few minor changes but it was nothing he could have anticipated that I would have wanted. Very good service over all.

Took my article which I wrote
I got knocked back on the first 4 pr sites, that could be down to my article
but as obiseo says Some websites have very high stringent measures to filter the PR's.
with this You can see 125 screen shots of submission and you also get the excel report which contains all the details along with the login details of all the PR websites. he creates separate accounts for you in those PR websites and submits the PR.

would I use again...yes but next time get him to write the article, as his english is very good
