Can't really tell you how to use a forum, but i can give you some tips.
1. Try not to ask a dumb question, if you decide to break this golden rule, try to do it in the newby section for your own protection.
2. Dont expect people to give you any of their secrets. Everyone is out there to make their own money.
3. Read all the stickies. ( should be rule number 1 )
4. Dont spend all your time on the forums most knowledge will come from experience.
