I will include both bcoz otherwise someone will use some tools such as scrapebox to post comments and it will end up in spamming. So, my lists will be a mixture of login needed pages & login not-needed pages.

Some websites are using powerful spam filters and they will detect some common spam message patterns such as "thank you", "Great post", etc.
Also, some URLs & key words have been blacklisted too by spam filters. Once one of your url was triggers as spam, you may not be able to post comments with that url in the websites which use the same spam filter.
The advantage of such web sites is, they are less spammed because of this system..

Please use common sense when commenting on such web sites :-) and make your comment bit longer so that the spam filters will be happy with your comment!

:music07:I have checked all PR7 and PR6 links again - All of them are fine with some more OBL than they were initially. Thanks buyers for not spamming on those pages :music07:
