Also is there a rule of tripple posting, they were replies to seperate posts? Got neg rep for that too ...

smaxor, until the resource area opens, rep doesn't really mean much. After the resource area opens, Jon has said that some areas will require you have a certain level of positive rep to access it. So, then it will be a big deal.

No, it appears that rep is weighted. More senior members with high post count and high rep give more rep or take more rep than a brand new worseless n00b. So, if you piss anyone off, make sure its the n00b.
