70 clicks is not statistically relevant. You need more data before you can make any decision. Are you running just one keyword? Then you also need more keywords. Run a tight group of 10 - 20 keywords. Also, run multiple ads. It may not be the keyword, but the ad text.

Test, test, test. You WILL lose money until you have a good grasp of what's working. Don't be afraid to, or you won't get anywhere.

You will learn more through failure than success.

Seconding SEOMike. You need more volume before you can start making educated decisions. The exact volume varies based on what you are running and what you are measuring. Some people here might say wait until you have 100 clicks, some might say 100 conversions.

I manage a multi-million dollar PPC budget for my day job on one account and 70 clicks to me would just mean that my shit is running properly and let me make sure my ads are getting the proper rotation and hitting the correct geo targets. I begin making decisions after roughly 500-1k leads for any given thing on a free coupon submit.
