NEW Facebook Ads

FML.. I love it when I submit campaigns for an offer I've been running for a week and they all get section 5 disapproved. That makes sense, right?

You should've changed your pricing to CPC. I've had very similar experience as you - I bid CPM with a ton of ads and before I could stop, I'd lost $800 with a $1 CPC because most of my ads obviously got a horrible CTR because of bidding CPM and also had a shitty conversion rate...Live and learn I guess!

OK So Ive managed to turn my disaterous campaign into something that could show promise in a couple of days with more tweaking.

OFFER EPC : $0.33
IMP : 697,379
CLICKS : 424
CTR 0.081
AVE CPC : $0.58

still a fair bit of work to do but looking way more promising than the 0.023% ctr earlier.

Hey guys, my aff panel shows 164 clicks for one offer, while facebook shows 207, prosper shows like 220 (which is normal cause of fb reviewers).

But i'm worried about the big discrepancy between my aff panel and facebook, anyone having the same problem?

Fuck this is what those cunts replied on the international traffic issue:

Thank you for your email. I understand you are concerned with the performance of your Facebook Ads. When you target your ads by location, our system relies primarily on users' IP addresses to deliver them. When a user travels between regions, there may be a brief delay before our system updates to recognize the user's new location, so they might briefly see ads targeted to their previous location. Additionally, if a user has listed a physical address on their profile, they'll see ads targeted to that address even if they travel or connect to the internet through a distant IP address. We find that this is more accurate than targeting only IP addresses because some users travel away from home often. We don't target ads based on networks.

However, your exportable ad reports will show only users' location by IP address, and there may be an additional delay between when the user was shown the ad and when we gather the IP data for the report, especially when you view a weekly or monthly report. If a user lists his location as California, for example, but then travels to New York, he will see California ads but your report will show that he's in New York.

Is it just me or has Facebook majorly hiked their bid prices?

Trying a very broad demo of over 20million and start bidding at $0.70 CPC (tried lower) and still no impressions???

They are suggesting min $1.26+ CPC! I am sure it is at least 25 cents higher than a few days ago.

Anyone else seeing this?

They have, and its likely due to the holiday + school starting. When they fix this and their international traffic fuck-up, I'm guessing it will go back to semi-normal.

In other news, I really love this reason for disapproval. Why don't they just say "no marketing allowed!!"

The content of this ad does not adequately reflect the product/service offered. Ads may not be false, misleading, fraudulent or deceptive. Per section 4, ads must not make unsubstantiated claims, including but not limited to prices, discounts or product availability; use of current events in the ad text or image that create false association to be used for irrelevant commercial agenda; use of false qualifications to create a sense of relevancy; as well as the implication of dynamic ad content. Any statement made within an ad must be accurate and relevant to all users.

They're asking me for:
-Name of the affected ad(s)
-Specific dates you would like us to review
-Email addresses and full names of people outside your target area who saw your ad(s)
-Specific IPs of people who visited your site via your Facebook ad (This information can be found in your server logs)
-Any other information you can provide us about this issue

"Email addresses and full names of people outside your target area who saw your ad(s)" !!

Yes. Coming right up. With photocopies of their passports and mother's maiden names.
