stevejobs is officially MIA...anyone heard from him lately? Sucks if he left because he really did good work.

I sent him a PM for bulk pricing yesterday but no response. I also have some pending orders but it looks like those might be lost.
 


I was also very happy with his work and just PMd him with another order.

How do you claim a refund. I have a similar problem with another supplier.

Go into your Paypal account and click on the the transaction details then click on report a problem in the resolution centre (at the bottom of the page) you have 45 days to report a problem.
 
Also havent heard anything since 1st of September when work started; no action in the confirmations email account since 3rd of September and no reply to 2PMs sent over the last 8 days. As you say its annoying as was happy with how the work looked initially.

Was promised yet again my project would be finished in 15 hours, but yet again we're at 3 days with nothing.

Just hope he didn't end up back in the hospital.
