For hire - PHP/MySQL developer

I'm looking to take on some developing work. I'll admit I'm not very experienced, but I will try to work with you until you are satisfied with the level of quality, and charge less than an experienced programmer. I can work for about 2-3 hours daily, usually between 5PM and 9PM US central time. I don't have any set rates, as I imagine you'd rather pay on a per project basis, but I will try to estimate how many hours a project will take me and ask for the equivalent of $7.00/hour.

I can also do XHTML and CSS if necessary.

If a member with 10+ itrader wants to do a review I will give discounted price.

I can accept pay after my work is completed for members with 2 itraders or more.

Hey hinanzo, I'm afraid I don't really have a portfolio. You are close enough to 10 itraders, however, so if you can promise me a review I can give you a discounted price on a project.

1. What is not very experienced? How long?
2. How good are you at SQL & database design?
3. Use stored procedures?
4. How is your API usage? Can you write/call APIs?
5. How good is your apachage .htaccess ?
6. How good is your data parsing?
7. What kind of projects have you done in the past?

Thanks for the questionnaire, I'll try to answer to the best of my ability.

1. By not very experienced, I mean I began learning about 8 months ago (however I was dedicated and spent several hours a day learning.)
2. Decent, I believe I can do whatever is expected of me (as long as it's MySQL)
3. I am pretty new to stored procedures, having only used them a few times, but if needed I can use them
4. I can write and call APIs.
5. Intermediate.
6. Intermediate, again.
7. I have created a custom URL shortener with user registration where users can keep track of their URLs, see how many clicks, edit the target URL, and will be adding location tracking as well. I have also created a 'writing community' site, again with user registration, where users submit stories (stored in a database.)

Hey, sorry but as mentioned earlier I don't have a portfolio. I am located in central Canada.
