Ordered this a few weeks ago for a new site I'm launching in a niche I'm familiar with.

Site which wasn't ranking at all went to position #50 for two keywords the day after the report was delivered.

For Some reasons google is indexing less urls than earlier.
Normally we submit urls to BackLinksIndexer, NuclearLinksIndexer and process 2500 wikis for each order BUT these days indexing rate is really not impressive after those things.
You are free to blast urls with comments OR anything.
