I always kind of felt like if you were going to push an affiliate product, you should leave the adsense off. Am I off base on this? Assuming you don't overload pages with adsense do you think this would be a big enough turn off to send visitors away?

Whatre your favorite sites in terms of design and usability. I think digg has a great design - say what you will about the process and getting to the front page - they are one of the few sites Ive seen that really integrates AJAX well.

Looks like China is stepping up its censorship of information on the internet. Cracking down on blogs on other SEs. Story What I found interesting was they mentioned having standards for blogs to actually be published. Coming from the US, stuff like this is really kind of foreign to me.

The traffic Im anticipating will be primarily from SEs, so Im leaning towards having my main keywords in the title. But should I shorten the domain to just a keyword or two for easier typing in even though Im not expecting much direct traffic?

Trying to get ideas for upgrading my development setup. Currently I just run a desktop (athlon 3200+ 1 gig ram geforce 6600 gt). Ideally I would like to upgrade and get a nice laptop and keep my monitor and keyboard, and then be able to run a dual monitor setup similar to what I do at work.
