I PMed my order 09-21-2010 and i still have not got anything but a second confirmation PM reply from you 09-23-2010. Just wanted to let you that i cant wait forever and you do not have to complete my order.

I had clearly mentioned on the thread about my condition and why i was unable to respond to PM's - Please read above.

More over, orders are only queued after payment is received. Since no payment was made, the order was technically never queued.

I apologize for not being able to respond to PM's but i have clearly mentioned the reason above along with the actions i have taken to avoid any such situations arising.

Ok, im sorry that you been in hospital for almost a month, i hope you are better! ..and i am sorry.. i could not resist posting your own words once again :)

Yeah, blaming the customer is always the way to go ;-) I am quite sure that we will se lots of threads in here soon again from customers wondering were their orders are. Best of luck to you!
 
I have been working on this forum for more then a year now - If you would have bothered checking the thread, I'm sure you would see that this is the first and only time that this has happened.

I don't get what you're expecting from me really, i'm human as-well, and for me to fall sick once in a year is unacceptable?

I really do not appreciate this. Had i not been able to reply because of my slack offs or if this was a habit, i would have accepted it.

But from the time i've spent on this forum, and the number of iTraders i have, i think this is enough evidence about how many satisfied customers i have and how dedicated i am in having satisfied customers.

In any case, i again apologize for any inconvenience which you might have been through, but sorry man, when i was in the hospital bed, my primary concern was getting healthy.

I didn't realize that you were expecting that we were working on your order when we had provided no confirmation or no payment was remitted from your end?

In any case, my apologies.

 
I know most of you guys don't understand , but hemux has been one of the FEW consistent content providers on WF , i've used him many times in the past and he's always been a standup guy. Crap happens, get over it. If he was a new guy , i'd say give him all the heck you want, but some of you are just being stupid.
