I would suggest that you read the positive reviews aswell, rather then just hand picking one of the very few reservations.
We submit an overall 100+ articles on a daily basis. We have appointed various editors and assistants in order to ensure the quality of the articles meets the required benchmarks of the clients.
However, iam quite sure that you understand that it is not possible to over see all the articles being written, that is the reason why a revision and refund policy is in place. 99% of the content which has been supplied to the users of this forum has been unique, apart from the 2 articles which you highlighted in your post.
Obviously, the writers are human, so if they cheat or supply content which is not unique, it is either caught by us or on very rare occasions caught by the client.
IF it is caught by us, we remove the writer immediately from his post and get a new writer appointed, and get fresh articles written. If the client catches it, we either issue new articles to him or give him a refund.
The basic purpose of having a refund/revision policy is to make clients feel secure.
In this case, 2 articles failed to pass copyscape, not because they were copy pasted, but because research was done from various different websites, and the writer did not bother understanding that we required 100% unique content, and thought unique content of 90-95% would be fine.
However, in this case, we removed the writer. Got the client a new writer with new set of articles.
We always want clients to be happy, i believe the positive responses left on the thread are a testimonial to that. Thus, please have a look at the positive responses aswell, rather then thinking we supply copied content
After all, we are humans and we will make mistakes.
My purpose however is to, eliminate those mistakes and give you what you pay for
