1) How many people do you know who generate $10,000(net) or more from CPA/PPL affiliate arbitrage and what does it take in terms of time (i.e. if you are a n00b and you are doing this full time with some success after say 60 days? What's the fastest way to $10,000-$30,000 per month net?)

2) Is it a good idea to pick say 5 campaigns that generate 2k/months or 2 campaigns that does $5k per month or 1 campaign that does $10,000/month...)

3) From a very (dry, boring) academic perspective, diversification makes sense (especially if they can stop the campaign you are running at any time) - find the highest ROI campaigns and then maximize them as much as you can?

4) Another question I have is do people (those who do this full time) just set income goals for themselves or lifestyle goals (i.e. I want to make $10k/month on auto-pilot, ala "4 Hour Work Week").

5) Final query is: do you usually stick with one network or use several? I must say I am VERY happy with Copeac and wouldn't look anywhere else if they paid weekly which I like (the pay schedule is an issue if you are basically doing margin work with Adwords, i.e. you can run up a high bill as long as you know you get paid by the network before the bill is due...).

I like this forum because people aren't afraid to talk straight about making money. I am a n00b and started about 8 weeks ago and have already made returns as high as 1900% ( into the 4 figures) just from literally not being hard-headed and following exactly what the senior members say so I know it's possible.

Thanks!

real answer is 42

This is the one true answer.

But just for shits and giggles.

1. The fastest way to five figures a month is masturbating 5 times every single day.

2. It's a good idea to pick 10 campaigns that make $10,000,000 a month each.

3. No shit.

4. "I just wanna fuck hot models all day and smoke weed"

5. I only use one network and that's CJ!

Talking about how much money other people make is retarded.

How so? Have you ever sat in on an HBS or Wharton class? Obviously not. Filled with folks talking about generating mass wealth and sharing insight on how to do so.

If one can't rely on one's colleagues for insight, where would one turn? At any rate, clearly 11pm at night is not the best place for intellectual insight on WF.

I'll reserve my questions for people like SEO_Mike or Dekalog6 via PM who've easily provided 5 figure advice, generously enough for free.

Unfortunately, I am sure others would have got something out of the POSITIVE feedback.

WOW, I'm wit you on this one,

looks like a lot of heads on WF aint making shit that's why they'd rather be message board dickheads.

Good help and positive "Quality" people are hard to find these days.
Hope you find your answer

I would say the percentage of affiliates generating over $10k a month is rather small, definitely not the norm like you may think from reading around. Running several small sites is time consuming and running a large site is a difficult (but enviable) position to get to. I think you have the right idea by starting several sites and focusing efforts on the ones that show the most promise. That is also what I plan to do. You and I are new to this game so our logical reasoning means nil right now. Its best for us to build some experience first and then aim to achieve more lucrative, focused affiliate businesses later.

Talk is cheap, that's all I'm saying. You can sit around talking on a message board about how much money other people are making, or you can go out and do it yourself.

I'd rather go out and do it. A lot of people here think the same it seems.

Thanks for that comment. Seriously, you just have to obviously stay away from the still-living-at-home crowd on this board. Like I said (without trying to kiss anyone's ass...props to Mike, dekalog6 and a few others...for helping me make $$$ in a matter of weeks ).

I think I'll reserve my questions and answers for PMs. If any of the imbeciles who answered were really doing this kind of volume, they wouldn't waste precious minutes of their 4 hour work week to make meaningless comments.

Run along peons and go wash some dishes....lol

Ciao!
