Overall weblogs are quite good and the content is quite alright with me, BUT

The OP doesn't seem to understand what separate (unique) C-class IP means.

5 out of 10 websites in review package are on the same C-class IP.

Use this tool to check if your websites are on unique c-class Ips.

Your hosting provider can be wrong, I checked with them and their tech support specs are simply misleading.

Check with other seo hosting providers what they think the unique c-class IPs are. I'm sure you'll be surprised, but it's never too late to learn.
