100 .EDU & .GOV Links 10$

Well, I have to say this list sucks big hairy donkey balls. I just tried to a random sampling of about 10 links, and here were the results.
1. I tried one of the lowest page rank sites first, the first one I tried I actually dropped a link on. So have about 1000 other spammers.
2. Must use OpenID to post, so does not auto accept. Didn't bother trying.
3. page disabled
4. All comments nuked, posting links disabled.
5. Commenting disabled or moderated, no new comments for 6 months.
6. Can't post URL in comment.
7. Moderated, no new comments since June 2009
8. Page not found on server
9. Moderated, no new comments for ages.
And another 2 or 3 pages couldn't load, server put up an error, may or may not have been a list issue.
At which point I gave up.

well, that's a very quick judgment considering I sent you the list only 10 minutes ago and you tried only 10 links... also, thanks for asking me nicely to give you an itrader before blasting me with this negative review.
Anyhow, like I said in the original post, I didn't guarantee that all of them worked and obviously the more people get this list the more its quality drops.
But still, there are some high quality EDU links out there with high PR that are still working (I just checked). If you get 4 or 5 links up, you already got your 10$ worth (considering some service providers on this forum are selling blog commenting services on spammy .info domains for higher prices)

10 (was like 12 or 13 actually) out of 100 is a significant sample, statistically speaking.
If you only expected 4 or 5 out of 100 to work, and you think that is acceptable, you should have disclosed that in your original sales post rather than saying
