What article network do you post these articles to?

Do you spin anchor text? or do you simply place two links in the article pointing to the same URL?
 
i will submit it on all top sites like article base etc no i will not spin anchor text again will spin other content for if you want to spin anchor text it will cost lil bit more like 5 to 10 usd extra according to your work load
