He provided me a list of 50 Urls, each containing 2-3 Backlinks (2 with anchor, somethimes a 3. with url liked as website). I like the domains, most of them are real .edu's and .gov's, some are .edu.ru, but they are very less. He even provided usernames & passwords for each profile.
I like it! Just hit the links into lts.me, let's see how fast they'll get indexed.
