Do you think a 1k blast will harm a new site? I'm assuming not since it will take some time to get crawled.

If you think it wont harm your site, then go with the single blast :) Otherwise, you can always go with the 100 links per day - it will take some MORE time to get crawled.

just a thought, since i only submitted 1 url. would it be a good idea to drop the "www." from some of them or is that kind of irrelevant.

& advised me on the best course of action to maximize my linking potential.
The whole process was over in less than 1 day & i received a full report at the end showing me where my links had been placed.
for a measly 9 bucks, it's a no brainer.
