OK, here is my Review :
I ordered 200 pr4+ and got it in 2 days, that is very impressive.
About the spam e-mails (to the spam email I choose) got 100+ mails some of them were confirmation a lot said the site is being reviewed so I think it's fine because I wouldn't expect pr4+ to expect my site without checking.
pr4+ was on the sites that I've check , and for bonus got 30+ extra listing pr3+ .

in summary great results for very low payment. So I RECOMMENED this service if you're looking for directory submission
now all that need is to hope they will accept my site to those directories that send the emails.
If I'll see a change I will inform you here.
