Review:

In order to get a review in quick, i removed duplicated and ran blog anlyser on the results, leaving 5126 unique domains.

I then blasted with 10 private proxies 40 connections 90sec timeout.

Results where 3017 live links.
High OBL on those pages, but still a pretty good deal for the price

Is it a super high quality list, no but is it worth $12 - yes.
