UPDATE:
After checking new backlinks and searching with google, I have noticed a few profiles that zones has indeed done. All use the same username and from the 10 or so I've checked they and are do-follow BUT out of those 10 he used the wrong anchor text everytime on one of the links I supplied with a completely different anchor. Will leave a more proper review once I receive the report.
There should be a way to edit your previous posts. I apologize zones for initial reaction unfortunately MANY spammers use these exact same stories.

Ya i know in some profiles we was done wrongly use different anchor but we edited the all and your report has been sent.
It's ok friend i don't know what techniques spammer or scammers use and if i was told you lie then why i was done 3 reviews copies within given time line because we always do our work honestly and perfectly thanks.

REVIEW:
I received my report with links to all 120 profiles created by zones and MANY are already indexed. I checked 30 of them manually and all of them are do-follow as described. I haven't noticed any major SERP improvements as 3 out of the 4 sites I gave him are fairly new with very little SEO done to them but that's to be expected. I have confirmed though that the 2nd site I gave him had the wrong anchor on every profile created. For $5 this is still a bargain but as far as paying regular price I think zones should pay closer attention to make sure this does not happen again and also double check the email he delivers the report to. Overall this is a decent service for the amount of do-follow anchored text links you are receiving (120*4). If he works out the kinks I would certainly recommend this.

PROS
* i checked about 20% of the 120 links and they were placed as directed, and they were DOFOLLOW
* the links were placed on some decent sites - ie, not just spammy forums created for this very purpose
* some of these links are already indexed!
CONS
* i understand the OP had some personal issues, but 14 days for this service was a bit long, so hopefully he'll adhere to the 3-6 day timeframe as advertised
* i'd prefer a more generic/random username for each profile
* at $23 the price may be a little high compared to similar services on this forum
OVERALL
aside from the timeframe and the username, both fixable IMO, this is a good, quality service from zones. it's way to early to see about any ranking help, but that fact that some links are already indexed is really encouraging. so i would recommend this service and use again. good work!
