Here is my review. I was a big fan of the v8 list that blog8491 provided so I had high expectations. I was not disappointed. It's a high quality list with lots of PR 5,4 and 3 links (PR of the actual posts, not just the domain). The provider is correct in that these pages have very low OBL counts. The average number of external links on each of these posts currently stands at 40.2. The median is 20. Well, at least until us WF members go to town on the list. 
Everything worked as advertised. There was one domain (5 of the 121 posts provided) that was not responding, but that's more likely an temporary Internet issue and not a quality problem for this list.
This is a great deal. You're insane not to scoop up a review copy if there are any left. And even at the regular price of $20 it's a fantastic value.
