124 / 132% CTR - will google start hating me because of this?

Have you gotten banned?

I'm really scared of doing arbitrage because one site i'm doing.. i got 2 impressions and 4 clicks.

How can I make sure that I don't get banned?

Keep in contact with a Google rep. Just email them back and forth with questions. That way, if you mess up, the rep will mention it to you to fix instead of banning you. That's what I do since I sometimes get click-fraud attacks and weird CTRs.

LOL, yeah right! Your thank you will be a ban or smart pricing :)

I really doubt you will get tossed, but from my experience holding anything over 90% CTR and up over a long period of time will get you smart priced. I like to hold a CTR of 50 to 70%, thats just me.
 
With a CTR like that, how much are you making per day? If it's a low amount, Google probably won't do anything about it. You should probably make more pages on the site though, because sites like that just scream "I'm a MFA site!".

Though still wondering what the Adsense TOS is saying about this regarding how many ads you can show on one page!? His site is still acceptable for Adsense (I mean there are a lot of ads compared to content/text provided)? :)

Yeah, I guess if you think about it that way and have it setup so that it creates a loop like that then yes, there can be no end to it, until a frustrated user says "alright, fuck this, I'm going to the library to look up transsexuals there instead!"
