Was actually contemplating a small run PR Run myself actually. Was going to test a couple of paid vs non paid ones.

Willing to give you a try, however, just out of curiosity, which PR sites are you going to use? Would be willing to pay for a smaller run? Also how much extra to get you to write the copy?
 
What sites are you using? PR sites are a dime a dozen, and quite literally 99% Junk. SO let us know what sites you use, so we can either use your services or not. For the price I am assuming that you are using free sites. Which ones?
