The domains do indeed have the PR as quoted and have no issues with spammy blogrolls or other things I might expect (not hope) to see.
The blogs looks relatively new but seem clean and full of decent content.
The articles look unique, which is great. The posts appear to have been written by someone whose first language is not English. The grammar, style and word choices are not fluid/fluent in places, but certainly are a massive step up from spun content sold on some other networks.
I give this a 'buy' rating because of the good value for money, getting a lot of PR2-PR4 contextual links with unique content. Will be using again.
