Ordered on Sunday, got a quick response, totally ignoring my own email a copy and paste job which demanded feedback if it hadn't been so badly written I wouldn't be providing my "feedback". Paid and heard nothing, so PM'd today received a response he hadn't started work as my email address had a + in it however no attempt to contact me had been made. While for some directories this has been a problem in the past all the major directory software are capable of accepting a + these days (which leads to questions over automation). I therefore asked him to continue the order and simply remove the + if it was not being accepted.
Since he was unable to do this a refund was promptly given.
Negatives: Probably using automated tool hence the inability to accept +, tardiness in replies I needed to chase him to discover the problem.
