1k, 2k SEO friendly Directories Submission Service Starting from $15

Just got my report from 2K submission. Took 10 days to complete but I wasn't in a hurry.
PROS:
* A lot of directories, most of which I've never seen.
* Price is cheap for a submission of 2000.
CONS:
* My title and description had an & in them, which HW let me know wouldn't work for the title - I changed that to "and" but he didn't change the descriptions so almost every submission I saw had NO description at all listed, which considerably lowers the value of my submissions obviously.
* I got 700 e-mails, of which there were about 120 confirmations required - I confirmed them and got about 15 approvals and 15 rejections.
* Spot checking these links I have only seen a few of my listings show up.
Bottom Line - don't have special characters in your descriptions or titles, stick with standard punctuation. But if you're working on a LARGER site, every bit of effort you can put into SEO is helpful at some point, so the price ratio is good for the number of submissions.
