They will stick permanently however i can't guarantee major SERP's boost as it always depends upon the keyword competition.

But One thing is for sure, your website will get strong link juice from these EDU & GOV sites.

Just received the report. Would have gotten it over 24 hours ago but I didnt give him contact details.
Delivered as promised and more. Bonus links were included and all of my links were there. Only one link did not have anchor text and that was a bonus any way.
 
Last Friday I read about this service and instantly PM for payment details. I got a message back in less than an hour. I paid sent the payment information via PM and within 30 minutes I was confirmed and told within 48 hours I would have my results.

It is now going on the 5th Day and I have not heard anything back. I sent a PM yesterday asking about it but have not gotten a response. I hope that this is just a mis hap and hope to hear back soon.
