I paid for a discounted review copy, here is the verdict.

Review

Cepot took a little longer to complete the job than quoted, but I have used many SB blasts from other providers and knowing how effective they are (still) results are the most important factor for me. The results are: this service took my site from position 10/11 to position 2. Even if it slides a place or two, that is a great result.

Report has all the info I need. User names randomized as promised, only one bookmark per account plus generous over-delivery.

If it wasn't for a late delivery I would give this service a 10, but it still gets a 9. Bottom line: well worth the money, and I will definitely be using this on more sites. Good work, Cepot, and thank you.

Just an update on my SERP movement. You can see my review on the first page of this thread. My (almost) brand new site went from outside the top 1,000 in Google to #38. The keyword had serpIQ of 39. Be interesting to see if it drops back down again.
