25,000 Uniques/day, making $50/day

I have a humor video website, doing a steady 25,000 uniuqes a day, 150,000 - 200,000 pageviews a day. and i'm making $50 a day (from CPM only). Any monetization tips? Whatever is mentioned I'm likely to try and will report back on how it does.

I'm open to any suggestions. If there's some amazing affiliate program out there that I don't know about, I'd be glad to sign up under you if you let me know.

I know I'm being a dick for laughing at you during such a tough time in your life and all, but dude, 150k-200k pv's and 25k uniques and all you are doing is $50 a day?! Come on! You can't be serious!

I'm very serious, and it sucks. If your gonna bash so hard atleast throw some ideas up

EDIT: I've tried ringtones, not 1 conversion.
 
I got $50 a day on 10k uniques with proxies. Those pay like, 7 cents per click. Wtf? You can PM me the URL if you want, I won't tell. :)
 
Have you tried selling ads directly with adbrite or adengage?

You could also use adbrites flv player to increase revenue with pre/post rolls.. but that would involve you hosting your own vids.
 
Try to wash your traffic with Auctionads, that will put a cookie on them for 30 days , you will have to be smart and just get them to click on your link so they pick up the cookie, I dont want to give you examples just be creative . Imagine this like a boomerang, make them click and come back . If you get returning traffic you can lose a lot of them like this so be smart and creative about it .
 
Definitely try AdBrite and AdEngage. I've seen video sites for sale where AdEngage is the biggest earner. They allow you to place images next to their ads so you can get high CTRs. Just put "sexy" images next to ads.
 
Haven't tried video rentals, but shit like that just doesn't convert on video sites.. (maybe movie sites..)

Got banned from adsense, i was doing better than $50 a day before i was banned, and I'm in Canada so YPN isn't available.

I'm going to try auction ads, see how that will do.

I don't want to use adengage and put sexy images next to the ads, because it just looks so shitty.

I tried AFF with the script that shows only the hotties and it didn't convert well either.
 
do free iphone, ipod, etc ads. Even though it's not targeted you should be making A LOT more..
