I don't think any gona even come close to 200$ for any of those 3 letters, yes they're three letters but they don't mean anything, nor do they seem to have any PR or pre-existing traffic.
I think it just takes a bit of imagination and creativity. I took the first few .com's and came up with some interesting items below. In addition to all of this, there are always product name abbreviations and actual business names who might be interested. This was kind of fun for a few minutes trying to figure out what these cryptic names could possibly mean.
Looks like 1R8.com could refer to the FAA airport code for Bay Minette in Baldwin County, Alabama.
