My order was completed in 24 hours. I was given information on where to get things rolling regarding my order after I had remitted payment. Once the ticket was opened, there were a couple emails sent and the link was dropped on the page very quickly. Much faster than I had anticipated.
Communication: 5/5
As I mentioned before, there was communication by email. I was satisfied with the responses given by email. There was one issue that came up in our communication, but the provider did clarify the issue which was appreciated. All in all, there were no problems and I received what I paid for.
Report/Order Completion: 5/5
There was no need for a report. Checking to see if the link was there was all that was needed to verify that the order was completed. I checked the page where the provider said the link would be (a page that I had designated for the link drop prior to ordering). The link had been placed and I was told that the team would be monitoring the link placement and it's corresponding page.
Overall: 5/5
I haven't seen any movement in the SERP's after the order had been completed, but given the price at which I got the link for, the value is more important to me. Getting the Wikipedia link will have an effect eventually even if it is not realized right away. Considering what you're getting at the price point set in the thread, I would certainly consider it worthwhile without any reservation whatsoever.
