Then when the horny men message us, we can get them to sign up for CPA offers at yeahCPA. They have industry's highest payouts and they pay their affiliates.

build at it day by day. Thats your only option. Save and outsource a site. Then learn basic html and php. work on it every day. get viral. get family involved.

Don't hire a freelancer. Set up a company and hire a programmer at an hourly wage. Less likely to steal your idea that way imo.

What xentech said, that's your best bed. And try to raise capital through other startup projects or try to find investors.

As a programmer I'm not going to to in 50/50 with you on a site that would take a ton of work to build. I think your best bet is just to go ahead and outsource the work with an NDA. If you are really concerned, it might be worth it to find a local development company. It will probably be more expensive but you will have more control over what they do with your project and ensuring that they abide by the NDA contract.
