The other day I found an RV industry magazine. Since I don't know this industry too well, I picked it up and started checking it out. In this issue, they happened to post the "2011 RV Dealers Directory" complete with 3434 listings of every single RV Dealership in the US and Canada.

The indian company I work with still owed me some hours, so I mailed them a hard copy and had them type in all the info into a nice organized spreadsheet for me.

The spreadsheet includes 3434 rows of data complete with
- Dealership Name
- First & Last Name of Contact Person
- Their Email Address
- Dealership Address (Country, City, State, Zip)
- Types of Services they offer

Now, the question is this: What should I do with it? How can I make money with this? How would YOU make money with this?

Cold call offering SEO or PPC services probably.

You could always do sales yourself or create a team to do it and get them to sign a lead generation agreement and create backend lead buyer tree, then test figure out which markets are strongest and focus on local lead gen or nation wide lead gen internally or with a small group of affiliates. Congratulations you now own a lead gen offer....

You should start a huge RV website and cold call each of them selling ad spots for their local area (listing on your website). Make sure it's a monthly recurring membership fee. ? profit

definitely what bizzkehl had said is the truth.
dont cold call them unless you have built that site, otherwise u will be like everybody else.
But with taht "niche specific" website, your offer will be heard

second that, this is easier than selling SEO services to them. If they don't understand anything about SEO or PPC, you will have hard time selling that to them. Lot easier if you say, i can list you under RV yellow pages or something for a flat fee.

I would definatly hit the phones, you could do it yourself but personally i would have like 2 people help because that is a lot of numbers to call! But good for you!
