if the offer is accepting adult traffic by the advertiser it should do somewhat well directlinking too with right creatives, if not I highly doubt lander will helps...

Sometimes shit just doesn't convert and you need to change things up till they do. Sometimes it means scrapping things and starting from scratch.
The suited sloth is right imo. Optimize your pages and creatives for conversions(if that's greek sounding just google that phrase and grab some popcorn) and test, test, then test some more. Rinse, repeat.

I agree with what a lot of the other members said. Make sure your banner or advertisement is compatible to the website. Also, check out the demographics of users and decide whether the website gets you the targeted audience you are looking for your campaign. Good luck!
Been a while since I pushed adult but people will buy subs to adult sites even though they are looking for/at free porn, it all depends on what you're pushing.
