I have just over 400,000 opt in emails for small business's that requested information on a loan, didn't get the full info with names and phones. Can anyone out there append emails to phones and names, so they can be used by a call center? Also any mailers interested in a JV mailing this data? Again 100% opt in, and acquired legally, by contract.
