If you are still on the fence with this service, just sign up. You won't regret it. When it was my turn in line, Mike set up all the autoblogs quickly. A lot quicker than I thought it would take. The only thing I did was plugin my adsense publisher ID. However, if you give that to mike he can do that for you too. This is a completely automated, hands off project that only costs 1 cent to start.

Yeah, I'm sure it will. I'm just beat today and my brain isn't working at full capacity. So, I'm going to crash and fight with the machine and CJ tomorrow.

Dudes and dudettes. My traffic is dropping off by about 60 uniques a day ( from the original high of 378). I used my first-ever purchased "vintage domain name" on this project, so I don't really know what to expect either from the free autoblogs or from the domain. Anyone else seeing this or is it an artifact from the other variable ( the vintage domain name ) ?

Argh, this is pretty normal, particularly if your niche is not as well covered by bloggers as others. Since the autoblogs rely on other peoples posts...well, if few are blogging about it, then your traffic could crash and trickle.

Hot topics work really well for maintaining a steady influx of traffic. Right now, politics is huge. I had a Ron Paul blog up a few months ago that outperformed all my others. When doing niche research for niches that will get you a lot of autoblog traffic, check out Technorati. They have the hot topics listed there somewhere.

When niches are left up to me, I try to mix them up a bit with hot topics, financial (they make you more money in Adsense, but may have less traffic), stuff that appeals to internet users or teens, etc.

/edit #3/ this car was just unveiled today as the cheapest car available worldwide. $2500. So, the buzz surrounding it may last for awhile. Not sure, but I would be willing to bet that it's worth the cost of a domain to find out.
 
I went ahead and bought one of those. :) and sent you back some info. maybe i can get in on the 2008 case study and show how well your idea did
 
the actual search term on technorati is tatA nano, not tatO nano. just a heads up in case you decided to register any of those domains.

My high was the first day.....but it is climbing back more every day, and still getting ypn clicks every day.....3 or 4 days of clicks should pay for my monthly hosting each month, I couldnt be happier with this service. I just wish I knew how to set em up myself :/ Guess if the success continues I will have to get another set from mike.
